Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of eatonrow.co.uk and any order you place with Eaton Row Co. ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you accept them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy, which form part of these terms.

1. Who we are

Eaton Row Co. is a trading name of LCOSTA ECOM LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17411451, with its registered office at 483 Green Lanes, London N13 4FG, United Kingdom.

We sell men's and women's accessories and clothing online to customers in the United Kingdom and internationally. Our contact details are at the end of this page and on our Contact Information page.

2. Using this website

You may use this site to browse and place orders for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish or resell any part of it, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that breaks any law. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including materials, measurements and finish. Photographs are for illustration: colours can look different from screen to screen, and handmade or leather items vary slightly from piece to piece. Measurements may vary by up to 2 cm.

Everything we sell is our own product or is sourced from our manufacturing partners. We do not sell counterfeit goods, replicas, or items bearing the trademarks of other brands. Where a product name references a city, a style or a period, that is our own naming and implies no association with, or endorsement by, any third party.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at the top of the page and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we've already accepted.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We don't store your full card details. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email you receive after checkout acknowledges that we've got your order; the contract between us is formed when we dispatch it. If we can't fulfil an order — because an item is out of stock, a price or description was published in error, or we're unable to verify the payment or delivery address — we'll tell you and refund you in full.

6. Delivery, returns and cancellation

Delivery timescales and costs are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Your right to cancel, return items and receive a refund is set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which reflects your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, can't be combined, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Free-gift promotions run while stocks last; where a gift is out of stock we may substitute one of equal or greater value.

8. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details to yourself and let us know promptly if you think someone else has used them. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close an account that's being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Eaton Row Co. name, logo, site design, photography and written content belong to us and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not use them without our written permission.

10. Reviews and customer content

Where customer reviews, photographs or testimonials appear on this site, they come from real customers who have bought the product. Ratings shown are the average of the reviews collected. If you submit content to us, you allow us to display it on the site and in our marketing, and you confirm it's your own and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

11. Our liability

We don't limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Events outside our control

We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delays, extreme weather, industrial action or supplier failure. If such an event affects your order, we'll contact you and you can wait or cancel for a full refund.

13. Third-party links

This site may link to other websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

15. Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, email contact@eatonrow.co.uk and we'll acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If we can't resolve it between us, you may be able to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or an alternative dispute resolution scheme.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
